Made in the Normandy style from local milk, this cheese develops very strong earthy characteristics as it matures. Presenting a white bloomy rind with a thick buttery interior that develops into a creamy butterscotch texture as it matures. Think milky, slightly sweet and a little bit nutty, perfect on a crunchy baguette!
