Our bone in hams are made from the smaller Western Plains pigs and are the perfect size to glaze or carve at you Christmas table this year.
They are brined with aromats such as bay, clove and black pepper and then smoked slowly over Beachwood—giving a balance of smoke, spice and the sweet flavour of this beautiful pork.
Each ham is approximately 5.5kg- 6kg bone in leg, which is prefect for families and friends to enjoy over Christmas.
